Qualcomm is apparently considering an official solution to better support PC game emulation on Android. According to one Chinese YouTuber, the company may be adding proper support for DirectX 12 for its Snapdragon chips. If this happens, it would make emulating PC games on Android much easier. The YouTuber in question tested the capability on a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 reference device and managed to successfully run Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth: Wukong through a translation layer in DirectX 12 mode.
