AMD announced its new Ryzen PRO 7000 series chips based on its Zen4 architecture and built on the 4nm manufacturing node. The Ryzen PRO 7000 series come less than a year after the Ryzen PRO 5000 and are based on the future-proof AM5 platform and require DDR5 memory. In addition, the new 7000 series now supports PCIe Gen5.
